Psychological and therapeutic support
We offer free help for UHK students and staff to better adapt to study and working conditions and give them support for solving their personal problems, help them search for, fulfil their creative potential, and prevent burn-out.
Support for special needs – the Augustin centre
Provides support and balance of the study conditions for applicants and for students with special needs already from the moment of the admission process and during the whole period of their studies.
The ombudswoman

The position of the ombudswoman at the UHK was created with the aim of cultivating safe, just study and working environment and supporting diversity. Her roles are mediation, counselling, initiatory and intermediary. At her position, the ombudswoman creates space for dialogue and confidential help especially in issues of ethics, culture of working and study environment, abuse of power and other areas.
The Career Centre
We focus on preparation for future graduates for their entrance into the labour market. We communicate with employers, and we set up different types of cooperation.
The Service Centre

The UHK Service Centre is part of the University Department of Information Technology (OIT). It provides services and support for UHK students and staff, and some services also for general public.
The Study Department
The Study Department keeps the students´ register that serves for evidence of students and for budgetary and statistical purposes. It is in charge of counselling and providing information with regards to studies. It issues confirmation of studies, recognized credits and exams and graduation documents. It keeps a record of study applicants and provides information about the selection process.
